  1. ✅ Check if the mobile number in CANDLE matches HRMS.

  2. 🔄 If the number is incorrect, update it in HRMS and send an email to: elearning[at]canarabank[dot]com

  3. 📩 If the number is correct but OTP is still not received, send an email to: sms[dot]support[at]canarabank[dot]com
